13.1. Account Deletion Process: Initiating the account deletion process is irreversible. All account data, including personal information, asset records, and ownership details, will be permanently removed from our system.
13.2. Distribution of Tokenized Items: Tokenized items in your account will undergo an automated distribution process. They will first be transferred to any specified co-owners, if applicable. In the absence of co-owners, the items will then be automatically transferred to your designated beneficiaries. If neither co-owners nor beneficiaries are assigned, the tokenized items will be securely placed in the POQL repository.
13.3. Adding Co-owners or Beneficiaries Before Deletion: To ensure a seamless transition and specify the recipients of your tokenized items, we strongly recommend adding co-owners or beneficiaries to your account before initiating the deletion process. You can manage ownership distribution in the Account Settings under the “Ownership Distribution” section.
13.4. Irreversibility of Account Deletion: Once the account deletion is confirmed, there is no grace period, and the process is immediate. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and all associated data will be permanently erased from our system.
By proceeding with the account deletion, you acknowledge and understand these terms. It is crucial to review and update ownership details to align with your preferences before initiating the deletion process.
